Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging with all accessories

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collections cannot be returned:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (excluding items with original hygiene seals intact)
  • Swimwear (unless protective liner remains untouched)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for US returns)
  • International return instructions (if applicable)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely repackage items with all original tags and packaging. Affix the provided label or follow international return instructions. We recommend:

  • Using tracked shipping (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until refund is processed

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt

Note: International refunds may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

Final Sale Items

Certain promotional items or specially marked “Final Sale” products cannot be returned. This will be clearly indicated at time of purchase.
