Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging with all accessories
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collections cannot be returned:
- Underwear & Nightwear (excluding items with original hygiene seals intact)
- Swimwear (unless protective liner remains untouched)
The Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return label (for US returns)
- International return instructions (if applicable)
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely repackage items with all original tags and packaging. Affix the provided label or follow international return instructions. We recommend:
- Using tracked shipping (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
- Retaining your shipping receipt until refund is processed
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Amount: Item cost minus original shipping fees
Note: International refunds may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow standard return process indicating your exchange preference
- We’ll ship the replacement item once original is received
- No additional shipping charges for US exchanges
For style exchanges, return for refund and place a new order to ensure availability.
Quality Concerns
Should any item fail to meet our exacting quality standards (misaligned seams, fabric flaws, etc.), contact us immediately for expedited resolution – including prepaid return shipping.
Final Sale Items
Certain promotional items or specially marked “Final Sale” products cannot be returned. This will be clearly indicated at time of purchase.
