All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other specified regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Should any item not meet your exacting standards, we offer a returns process worthy of our discerning clientele.

Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (unless original hygiene seals remain intact)
  • Swimwear (unless protective liner remains untouched)

Additionally, any items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for US returns)

Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely repackage items with all original tags and packaging. Affix the provided label or follow international return instructions.

We recommend:

  • Using tracked shipping (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until refund is processed

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt

Note: International refunds may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

For size exchanges:
